Dear God,

I acknowledge that you sent your son Jesus Christ to die on the cross for my sins. I confess that I am a sinner and I am in need of your forgiveness and Salvation. Jesus, please forgive me for all my sins. Come into my heart and make me new through your power. I renounce sin and the devil and choose to follow you as my Lord and savior, in Jesus name I pray, amen.
