You remember Sarah? Abraham's wife. The woman who laughed when the Lord said that she would have a child in her old age to a old man who was about to hit 100 years old. Today, I took a page out of Sarah's story. Sarah had zero patience...and so do I (God is working on me as we speak).
Do you ever feel like Sarah? Do you ever have difficulty waiting on God to fulfill his promise in your life? Sarah was a reminder today that no matter how difficult the situation looks, God will fulfill his promise for your life. Patience is a skill developed through endurance. So, the next time you feel like you can't wait on God, look at this scripture and hold tight to the promises of God.
"Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer."
Romans 12:12
