I may not know what exactly you're stressing about today but I do know that if you focus on Jesus He will bring you the peace you need. What does it mean to keep your mind on Jesus? It means to trust in Him and not in your situation. Don't rely on your own understanding to bring you peace because it never will but instead it will bring you stress, confusion, and a splitting headache. Take it from someone who overthinks wayyyy too much. Trust in the Lord to lead you no matter the circumstance.
